Custom Characters are characters I create based on your description, theme, images, photos, references, etc.
I have the right to refuse any custom, they are hard for me, they can slow the queue work and have to do big breaks after that. I willing to do one time to time, but understand I prefer normal reference sheet commissions over customs or complex references.
